Natura Wines hosted a pumpkin carving contest in the spirit of Halloween being just around the corner. The six contestants enjoyed our organically grown wines from Chile while they hand-selected the perfect pumpkins to carve. Our seven varietals include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec. Once they selected their pumpkins, the fun began. This event took place on a farm where horses roamed freely interacting with the contestants as they carved their pumpkins, much like our vineyards in Chile, where the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom play an important role in the bio-dynamic co-dependency of our grape growing. Once the contestants were finished they lined up their beautifully carved and decorated pumpkins for a photo shoot on hay bales.
